Our story

eHealthSpace.org is an online community for health professionals who are committed to clinical reform and its enablers, including health technologies and change management practices.

This community is hosted by eHealthSpace.org Limited, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee registered in Sydney, Australia. eHealthSpace.org operates from the offices of parent company CHIK Services Pty Ltd in Erina on the New South Wales Central Coast.

CHIK Services is a respected not-for-profit company that provides global communications services that bridge the health and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sectors.

CHIK regularly communicates with over 6,000 companies, institutions and individuals within Australia and overseas through its newsletter, events such Health-e-Nation and resources including the Health-e-Directory. eHealthSpace.org was founded by CHIK Services managing director Sally Glass and late director John Glass who are passionate about fostering a positive community that builds confidence in e-health as a key enabler of health system reform.

Our primary focus is supporting clinicians, administrators and health support teams with practical resources and timely content, including news, analysis, opinions and private forums. We're focused on promoting achievements, the outcomes of clinical reform, discussing industry transformation, technology advances and career development. And we believe in health technology's ability to enhance, rather than detract from, the patient care provided by skilled health professionals.
